After installing 50ft light, all the lights went out except the first 30+ lamps. Gluing the moldings to the inside of the old cabinets was incredibly difficult and took hours! Then the light went out! I couldn't contact the company. I would like a return or an exchange. Buyer warning!

I should have listened to one of the other reviews before ordering these lights. They didn't even last a day, as soon as I installed and hooked them up a whole coil doesn't work, look at my pics, look at the left side of the pavilion, and on top of that the awful 3M tape that came with the flashlight is such a bummer, all the other 2 coils that didn't work all felt the same from the arbor. Night. I'll be back as soon as possible in the morning.

They have a good finish (waterproof) but the back is stamped 3M which is NOT, it's really annoying because if it was 3M they would probably be perfect, they're nice, bright and easy to install. The fake tape will peel off at the end of the wire due to the wire's light weight. Again, it was actually 3M tape, it wouldn't have happened. The back was sticky but not light. It uses WE 300LSE tape, not 3M. This is intentionally misleading. (For example CE vs. CE [Conformité Européene vs. Chinese exports]). I don't know what you mean by remote control. There is an on/off switch on the power cord. I didn't install it because I can't help it being really sticky. It's not like this. GENERAL. At first I was so glad I found it. During installation, I quickly noticed that the "adhesive" on the back is unlikely to be adhesive. It didn't even hang for 2 seconds. The stickers would hold them better than the glue used! I've only had them for a few weeks and they already stopped working. I put the switch in a waterproof case to protect it from rain and weather. What I liked most about these lights is that they are encased in silicone unlike many others which are just bare LEDs. They are very easy to install, apart from the small (and I mean small!) clips and screws that come with the kit to hold the ends in place. There must be a higher voltage (24 volt) LED to properly illuminate the 2 to 50 foot sections. At the end of the second strand, they become noticeably weaker. Exactly what I wanted. I needed a waterproof LED light with chips far enough away that they wouldn't drain much of the boat battery.
