Holds up well

The material is soft and fits well. Definitely don't press. My daughter is very picky and loves them! They survived one football season and are still playing well in the second. They're very thin, so if they get caught on something, they'll puncture.

Soft and not translucent

They look like ordinary cycling shorts on children. Not very thick, but thick enough not to be see-through. Great shorts for summer. Reaches mid-thigh. My daughter loves her. I ended up buying another set to get ready for summer since she was only wearing these shorts.

Very soft but they are subject to

We bought these for hiking so my daughters wouldn't get eczema from heat friction. They are very soft and stretch well. They show through a bit, but I either put her in a longer shirt or try to find underwear that's the same color. These shorts ride up after a while but my picky daughter doesn't seem to notice.
