Great, great customer service. (And advice!)

My first toner set didn't work because of the wrong chip; Unfortunately the seller didn't explain that I could just remove the small green chip from the R side of my original HP toners and swap it out for a chip from a new set. (This keeps the printer from thinking the replacement parts aren't "genuine" for your information). Great quality prints! The price is correct! HACKS FOR THE JOB

Easy to install, print high-quality pages like genuine HP toner cartridges. I use it for my business (brochures and occasional flyers). MUST HACK: In order for these (or any) toner cartridges to work after the end of 2020, your HP printer must NOT be running the latest firmware. Updating the printer firmware (which by default is automatic unless you turn it off) effectively prevents all non-HP toners from working. to the version before HP blocked it. I do not recommend: Spare parts and accessories for printers

The price of the product turned out to be surprisingly low. The cartridges were very easy to install. Unfortunately they are not fully compatible with my HP Color Laser Jet MFP M180nw printer. I received a shipping error on all four cartridges. I gave 1 star for both print quality and value for money because they didn't work.

The color is not accurate.

I installed these cartridges in an HP M180nw. The test print page worked fine, but when I copied it, I found that the colors were wrong and the copies didn't match the originals. I contacted the seller and he offered me a refund or replacement. Since the problem is color accuracy, I decided to return the money and bought HP cartridges. Excellent Product Highly Recommended

I have an HP PRO M180NW and decided to try these cartridges instead of HP cartridges and what a pleasant surprise for the quality!
