"Audio Upgrade for Your Radio

The OPSMEN tactical adapter is an excellent addition to your two-way radios. Electronics are so important when it comes to communication and this adapter delivers .Through trial and error, i found that the adapter works best with Kenwood versions. The audio quality is top-notch, and having the ability to connect to compatible headsets is invaluable. The only downside is that it may not work with all radio models, so make sure to check compatibility before purchasing. Overall, this is a great…

Pros
  • Allows for easy communication between Kenwood compatible radios and tactical headsets.
Cons
  • Requires a Kenwood compatible radio, limiting its compatibility with other radio brands.

Rating based on use with Evike M32 MOD3 headset.

The test is based on the Evike Earmor M32 MOD3 headset. Main problem: When receiving a radio transmission, ambient noise is blocked from penetrating through the headset. To get the ambient sounds working again, you must press the power button on the headset until it beeps, or disconnect and reconnect the radio. Broadcasting: Broadcasting works well and plays back clearly on other devices. The PTT button is very soft. This means you don't really know if you successfully pressed the PTT button…

Pros
  • All compatible radio models in the description.
Cons
  • Modernity
