Efficient Fitness Tracker for Health Enthusiasts

This fitness tracker helps me keep track of my steps and calorie burn throughout the day. It has helped me increase my activity levels and maintain a healthier lifestyle. The design is sleek and comfortable to wear. The only downside is that it does not have features like heart rate monitoring or GPS tracking. Overall, a great value for Health and Household wellness!

Pros
  • Accurately measures heart rate and calories burned during exercise.
Cons
  • No longer available for purchase from the manufacturer.

Heart rate monitor Good value for money

A good heart rate monitor for the price. I had some trouble keeping my finger steady over the censor for a few seconds without shaking. I tracked my heart rate pretty closely when I wasn't exercising.

Pros
  • Simple design
Cons
  • Disappearing effect

Minimum usage

Does not measure heart rate while running or walking fast. Just keeps the rust in place - forever. Tried in the deep shadow, no. Tried in medium shade, no. Tried stopped - sometimes. The only time I was even able to get consistent readings was after a run when I was cooling off indoors. Not the app I wanted - I wanted to read pretty quickly while working out - never got it. I replaced the battery (pia!) and got slightly better performance. Expect better technology.
