screw holes were missing on a whole side, the dividers don't fit well and the bottom isn't all wood, it's like two 2 inch pieces. Very strange and very cheap. It does the job, but not for long. When I picked it up and put it on the table, it almost fell apart.

Probably my own fault for not thinking this through, but it's a waste of money. Due to the narrow angle inside, it hardly fits in any paper. Most of my stuff sticks out 2-5 inches over the edge because it doesn't fit. Looks cute but not functional. Don't waste money.

It looks good in the picture, but after you take it out and start assembling it, the tree breaks very easily. Shelves are difficult to lift and take out. It smells nice and I get lots of compliments on how neat and clean it makes my desk at work. It's ok but I wouldn't buy it again for what I paid for it.

Rubbish for what I paid! None of the screws are screwed in or attached to the wood. EVEN 1 SCREW WILL NOT ATTACH! The screw just keeps going and going no matter how much force you put on the screwdriver! Either the screws aren't long enough, or you pre-drilled the holes too big and too long! I've been looking forward to organizing my desk at work and was so excited to get the organizer today! Looks like a heavy solid piece if only I could twist it together!

It was very easy to assemble. It's durable and great for organizing printer paper, labels, cards, and other printing materials near my printer. I was able to place labels vertically on each slot to identify the contents. The labels didn't stick well to the wood so I used regular tape to attach them. I also used a cordless screwdriver with different bits which made the assembly much easier and quicker. Don't over tighten everything until it's assembled.

I received the items well packaged and the instructions were easy to follow. Collected and noted that it wasn't strong at all and the breeze might knock it over. The included hardware and screws were so tiny and barely went from one panel to another so it wasn't secure at all. I disassembled the part, bought my own screws from Ace Hardware with some wood glue and put it back together with better screws and wood glue and clamped it together until dry. We use it as the Tech/Command Center in our kitchen. It helped organize paperwork and gave us space to charge our phones and store our laptop when not in use. The back is open which is a little disappointing because we can't put much in that slot and hope it stays there. However, this opening allowed for easy access to the outlet as one of our goals when designing this organizer was to place the phone charging dock at the bottom.
