The batch we received was defective but the company made sure we took care of it and offered to refund or send us a new batch of pens. Excellent customer service

Many pens will not write or a very small tip has fallen out. I bought it to reduce clutter in my bag. still need to have a pen as a backup.

Very light Bieber product, the pen tip is a cheap hollow bubble so over time they will burst and the display can scratch. It is better to replace it with an all-rubber one.

They work fine for a while but there are two main problems: The silver cone on the bottom breaks off for some reason which is the opposite of the purpose of the pen. Also, the rubber tip doesn't do a good job when typing or scrolling. It just slips or is pushed and nothing happens. It takes more pushing and a few tries to get it working. But I think you get what you pay for.

Stylus sometimes needs to be pressed a little harder than expected but they work. Silver if the option selected was black. The darker ones will stand out more from my workplace, these silver ones are already lost for me. The description doesn't say half of the pins will be silver. Edit after 1 week: They definitely hit or miss on how well they write. Some work better than others. Some are very sketchy and generally bad at writing :/

I'm good at reading reviews and making sure I'm making the right decision on what I'm buying, but I feel like I'm getting a SILICONE tip that won't scratch my screen protector like I just received today. It works fine until you look and see the damage it's done. I will come back and buy from someone else.

The best thing about it is the price. I bought these for my class and the first batch fell apart within minutes. Some were fine, but we went through the whole package. They are easy to disassemble and the rubber can be easily removed. The picture looks like they have a detail spike on one end, but it's a ballpoint pen and you twist it to open it. If you twist too hard, they fall apart. The pens are fine, my students hate using them. You're in high school and you're too skinny and short. I think
