Great help in finding answers to various support questions

The ability to have access to so many different people with such varied backgrounds and experience made me feel like I could get any answer I needed! My biggest issue was that most of the time I had to wait a couple months or longer for an answer from one of their employees. It's not always the best customer service but when I did get an answer it was usually quick. If you're looking for someone who can find answers quickly then this may be the option for you.
