There is an odd strip of fabric in the center of the tie which causes it to pucker and not lie flat. I don't know if this is meant to draw attention to fashion, but for me it ruins the line of the tie. Perhaps the seller will explain what that is for. It was also overpriced for what it is (not silk).

I ordered this tie for my fiancee after another Original Penguin tie I ordered was actually red instead of pink. Both are marked pink but this one is a great soft pink it was perfect and arrived just in time.

It is a little shorter than the standard tie, but the color and material are great! A good tie for tying a half Windsor knot, look elsewhere for a tie for tying a full Windsor knot. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
