slow side winding. on yo-yo

The yo-yo was slow and kept turning sideways when pulled out. Not what I remember as a kid when I was pretty good at yo-yos. Gave.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Dubious purchase for older people

Good quality plain wood yoyo, works well

This was our 6 year old grandson's favorite gift. Good that an extra string is included in the kit. He learns well with this yo-yo. Quality, smooth wood, made in Sweden. what's not to like? Excellent purchase.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Quality

MADE IN SWEDEN at Sports & Outdoor Play

The first thing you notice is the Made in Sweden sticker. The Elfverson factory in Sweden has been making solid yo-yos since the 1930s. Most yo-yos made today are two halves with a stem connecting them, but not this baby. Turned on a lathe from ONE piece of wood. The balance is as perfect as it can be. If you want a true old school yo-yo then this baby is for you. The best looper money can buy.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not bad
