Do not buy this product.

This Osprey Hydrator is not worth the price. There is no isolation. So when you put ice and water in it, the sweat comes out of the tank. Without insulation, it won't hold back cold liquids for long either.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Super good backpack - cycling

I have this backpack for most of my music festivals and club outings. For events away from home I have a coat, blanket, mask, sunglasses and other small items. Mesh pockets for water bottles are also very practical. It is so easy. It's very well built. 100% cooler bag. I haven't used the water bag yet.

Pros
  • annual test
Cons
  • unreliable

Planin and easy for hydration packs and bladders

I very rarely give a 5 star review so my 4 star rating on this product is not indicative of anything bad. This is a good product, I expected nothing less from Osprey. It's compact, with room for a repair kit, snacks, and a few other small items. This is not the pack you need if you need to transport more items. I use it for mountain biking and hiking. Has a good moisture capacity and is made of quality. Simple, flat and functional.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Negative experience

Come on Osprey! Best in cycling

Surprisingly I was a bit disappointed. Due to the quality of the Osprey I was willing to spend a little more as I already have a backpack they make which I really like. The chest strap doesn't have a quick release buckle, that's my fault for not checking it. However, the small item pocket was slightly smaller than the one I had against whips and the Osprey logo was a heat transfer rather than the usual very pretty embroidery. It's the supplements that count.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Not sure

Very light weight, less strain on shoulders and neck

I have been using the Osprey Siskin 8 TLD Special Edition but the weight has put a lot of strain on my neck, shoulders and upper back. Even removing some devices from Chizh did not help. Switched to this Katari 3 and what is the difference. The same water bladder (2.5L) but the balance and weight are amazing. I had to cut some tools but it wasn't worth the pain. (Arizona desert cyclist, average 15-25 miles if that helps with the type of riding I do)

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Slight wrinkling

SO FAR, SO GOOD.: Hydration

Recently started hiking to get back in shape. At the age of 62 and in the current situation with the pandemic, that will certainly help. I am currently lifting weights and jogging (knee problems). but walking helps me build my stamina/cardio and is a good substitute for jogging too! This backpack is comfortable and very light on my back. Very easy to use and fill, convenient for hiking. Feels well made and durable. After a few months of use, update whether the product is worth buying again!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Electrical outlet required

Osprey Knows Packs: Hydration Packs and Bladders

I've tried many hydration packs. I just took it with me on my first mountain bike tour and loved it. Osprey isn't the cheapest out there, but it's always worth the money spent. Firstly, I like that the backpack hangs well on the back, full of water. I like the zip pocket for my phone and other things. I wish the bag was a bit taller. I like the magnetic snap on the water jet, it's easy to use and keeps the jet from flying even when going through rough terrain. The chest strap connection is…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Very cool, very light (will be updated)

) The little pocket at the top can hold my G27 stapler and an extra row of staples. (Interested people will understand this πŸ˜‰) Cons: The chest clip only stays on the left side of the bladder and does NOT have a quick release feature on the top right of the bladder as advertised. To be honest I was disappointed. To fill, you need to remove the entire bladder with a hose. (This has prevented him from getting the full 5⭐️ so far) As mentioned, there will be an update. Update - 08/24/20. I have to
