I like how easy it is to use otters during business calls or when in person meeting! Also love all of their templates so you can easily customize them too your liking as well!! Nothing really bad about this tool but only good things here are; everything works perfectly fine which makes me feel comfortable using every time i have an issue/question regarding my account etc., they respond back fast if there's anything wrong with any thing within our system (i believe its called ticketing).

This is an amazing tool to use in our office! I love how easy it was set up as well has all of my business accounts linked together so i can access them from anywhere (even when not online). The customer service isn't always great either but they are working hard towards improving their support team!! Definitely worth checking out if you're looking into something like this product or similar software/service providers who have integrated solutions such as Slack integration etc.. Easy way toβ¦
