I love Otterbox, but the lack of an "official" installation video is a bit ridiculous. I watched some useless videos on YouTube and then found one on ReviewtheBest that gave helpful advice on using a credit card to remove the silicone layer. Then calm sailing.

I ordered a new Otter iPad case which I paid $80 for. It didn't come in the original box but in a thin clear plastic bag. So I'm wondering if it's new. This is unacceptable. When I order a new product, I expect it to be well received.
