Excellent gloves, very comfortable

Very good quality gloves. I ordered according to the size chart and they fit perfectly. They are significantly less bulky than other winter gloves and are still very warm. I only use them for everyday life - walking the dogs, driving the car etc. I needed open thumb gloves and they met the requirement. My only complaint is that the thumb stays partially open and the tip of my thumb gets cold. But that's not such a big complaint not giving them 5 stars. I like that the wrist is thin enough to…

Pros
  • Good looking
Cons
  • Some flaws

Given the price, I had high hopes for this set of gloves! Thumb rests don't stay! They come off at the slightest movement when trying to use your hands. And when you squeeze them tight, like when you press them against the steering wheel of a car while driving, they have big gaps between the base and the cover. Very unsuitable in cold weather. Very disappointed with the design! This should have been identified and addressed before the product was launched. I would not recommend them.

Good gloves, a bit small for my size.

Good gloves, too small in my experience. I ordered size L first and had to send it back and exchange for XL. I had a couple of these that I bought from Camp More a few years ago, they are better. They use small pairs of magnets to hold their fingers instead of Velcro. Not waterproof but definitely windproof. Ideal for outdoor photography and/or occasional cell phone use in cold outdoor conditions. OR manufactures quality products.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Excellent gloves up to 25 degrees Fahrenheit

I've had these gloves for about a month now. They are really good for dog walks or train rides. These gloves are probably best for people who don't live in very cold areas. I live in the Chicago area and when the weather went up to +25 they didn't hold the heat very well. It seems that this is due to the fact that the mitten does not have additional insulation on the thumbs and other fingers. They do an excellent job of keeping the wind out, but that doesn't help much if they don't retain heat.

  • New
Cons
  • Almost everything is there

Versatile, handy for photography, a little clunky, but it's a compromise.

First pair of mittens I have as an adult. I bought them for a snowmobile trip to Yellowstone. I was in the back taking photos while my wife drove. Early in the morning when it was below zero there was nothing special, but when it got up around eight they worked normally. Might be a bit bulky, but it's a compromise. They have magnets that hold the doors in place.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish

Good glove for everyday use as I need it often.

Warm and comfortable to wear. Good glove for everyday use as I often need to expose my fingertips (e.g. when making phone calls) but need to keep them warm when I'm not doing anything. I'm a small woman, but small suits me. My only complaint is that the thumb flaps open up a bit, letting in cold air. The valves for the other 4 fingers are great.

Pros
  • Hold my fists
