They were very easy to install. You simply remove the outlet cap, then remove the backing from the adhesive seal and install the outlet cap. I can drastically reduce air leakage, especially in my kitchen where there were many vents. One box was enough for my 6 bedroom house.

These exhaust gaskets are much thicker than the ones I replaced which caused some issues with the pads fitting snugly against the wall.
