I like this bag, I read other reviews that said the bag came folded. I think they changed the packaging because the refills weren't folded and the smell of it wasn't on at all. It's the perfect size, not big, not small.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that instead of an internal zip it has a small pocket attached, not a small wallet and it cannot be separated. I was hoping for a smaller detachable bag for fast runs. But I love this travel bag. This is my hand luggage on the plane!

I am returning this bag even though I like it. The straps are shorter than I would like. Not sure if I can find longer straps but I'll have to search. It appears to be well made and apparently the seller has listened to the folds feedback and sent it flat so the problem is solved. But the smell will hit you in the lower back. If I wanted to keep it, I'd just hang around the streets for a few days. I would recommend this bag.

I've had this bag for 2 years and it's like new. I get so many compliments on it. It's the perfect size for my daily commute. I've been using this bag almost every day for the past two years, I've filled it with all my daily stuff and it's still in great condition! I have friends with designer bags that cost 3-5 times more than this bag and mine is in great condition. I am happy about this purchase.

I've had this for about a year now, carry it regularly to class and occasionally as a handbag. The quality isn't amazing, and after less than a year of use, the rubber edges of the straps are starting to peel off. Other than that, I've used it pretty extensively every day, gotten a lot of compliments, and I'm surprised it could fit so many things I put in there. All in all a solid buy; but I probably won't buy one again if this one falls apart completely.

I love this bag. I waited a month to write a review because I wanted to see how it would hold up. No problem. It's definitely well done. I carry a few things around three college campuses every day. Easily fits laptop, files and other small items. I wouldn't call it double sided, the brown side looks better. I don't use a wallet, so I can't comment on that. No odor as others have mentioned and I am very sensitive. I wish all my online bag purchases were this good!
