I wanted to love it. The FreeSip concept is great. My kids loved to slurp and swallow. I bought 24 ounces so I didn't have to refill at school. Unfortunately I don't think it will last long. We had 1 day like this. They filled it up and carried it around our house. We didn't take him anywhere, and he's already badly scratched. Latch is difficult to unlock and push back to lock. It's airtight, but even for me it's a lot harder to seal/unlock than any other bottle I own, which is a lot. I've seen

Very happy with this water bottle! Stays cool through my 8 hour shift, sealed and stylish design. The 32 ounce bottle doesn't have the same ergonomic shape as the smaller bottles, but I really like the larger size. Mine came wrapped in thin plastic in a heavy paper bag so wasn't surprised to see 2 small dents on the bottom (photo) but I got it to replace a badly dented and dropped water bottle so I don't worry too worried This. Overall happy with my purchase! I recommend it to everyone!

I have used MANY different water bottles and this is my favorite. It's easy to hold, the wide top is easy to fill, and I love the lid. I'm glad it has a lock and I can open it with one hand. The spout and built-in straw are the perfect size for easy sipping. The only thing that hasn't happened is I haven't dropped it yet to see how durable it is, but it seems very durable.
