I've had a good story with the products I've purchased from OXO. However, these containers definitely fell short of expectations. In four months of ownership of the set, four containers have cracked and two have lost suction. Containers were only used to store dry food, fruits and vegetables. They weren't used in the microwave and after the first container broke I started hand washing them instead of washing them in the dishwasher. Priced at $199, this will be the last OXO product I will buy.

Great product that has revolutionized my pantry organization. The variety of containers helps with many different applications. The larger ones were used for flour, sugar and rice. Medium is great for snacks like candy, crackers, chips. The little ones can also be good for leftovers from some snack boxes, nuts or deli. Suction is okay, but I wouldn't trust it upside down with a weight behind it. You can pull the tops up without removing the sucker and it doesn't take much effort. Keeps ants out

I love the size, shape and durability of these containers! I bought a 20 piece set and was excited to redecorate my pantry with these containers. Unfortunately they don't close well. Even with the eject mechanism in the down position, the cover is fairly easy to remove. If you turn a filled jar upside down, the lid will come off and the entire contents will spill. I have returned this set of containers. The kit I bought had a round opening mechanism and lids that came apart easily for cleaning.

It arrived quickly and I was happy to receive the second set with no problems. Unfortunately, like others here, two of mine cracked while unpacking. I did my best to unpack the 3 boxes this was packaged in (Amazon box, then another box, then finally an OXO box). Each looked well packaged, with plastic and cardboard in between. I unboxed and inspected 18 of these, and after going through the whole damn box, the last two I found were unfortunately broken. It's going to be very frustrating to repackage all 20 and send them all back to Amazon only to then order the same thing

Don't underestimate its size. Two boxes are big enough for a loaf of bread and honestly I used one for that because I don't like wrestling with the previous bread box.
