Switched from another 10% benzoyl peroxide cream gel and will never go back, love it. Smells less medicinal than others and makes my face much softer (you can feel the difference immediately after rinsing it off). I had crystal clear skin for 2 weeks after starting and now some acne is back - pretty sure because I missed it for a few days and I had stress and hormonal swings affecting it. I am 36 years old and have had acne my whole life until I started it 2 years ago. Remember to rinse your hair VERY THOROUGHLY, especially if you have facial hair as it contains peroxide which is a bleaching agent. I bleached all my towels, had to switch to white. I would recommend using this and then washing with a beard cleanser (if you have a beard). However, this is an excellent soap for the face, shoulders and back.
