This scale has never worked properly since purchase. It doesn't give you the right weight the first time. You have to get off and wait for the numbers and lights to go out and then go back there. Now you get the right weight. I had to return it, but when you buy something you expect it to work right away. I hope this review gives me sufficient compensation for a defective product. What I love about this scale is that every time you step on it you get a new reading. Some scales simply remember what you last weighed and automatically display that weight again. So I can jump up and say kick off your shoes or hoodie and get another read. What I don't like about these scales is that they are not analog and always read 2 or 3 pounds less than the digital display. The digital readings are more accurate than I tested with the scale.
