This product was defective. It wasn't recorded. The manufacturer could not be reached by email or phone for service. You may be out of business. The dealer let me send it back for credit. It was necessary to pay attention to a previous similar unsatisfactory review.

When I got this cute little voice recorder in the mail I set it up straight away, it was very easy to connect and everything I needed was in the box. I love that this unit also runs on AA batteries, which can come in handy. The quality of the recording is better than I thought and most importantly those harassing calls from my ex girlfriend stopped just 4 days after installing this device. I don't think the police found it funny.

I just bought this item. The product itself is junk. The Rec and Play buttons don't stay pressed to do their job. Or they stay down for 5 seconds and then reappear so they can't be used. I plugged it into the phone jack and now that it's not working properly I have to call the phone company and ask them to check my line for any new noises that are really interfering with conversations.
