Good product, the only problem is that the ring that attaches the fairing to the horn is loose and needs to be reassembled . Some of these were fixed with hot melt glue and MFG should do it the same for all devices.

I bought 12 for a large living room and kitchen lighting project. You look great! They are much cheaper and just as good as the ones you buy in the big department stores. I will actually buy 6 more. The black case on the top comes off very easily, which I did. The clips on the side are nice and easy to attach in the light. I highly recommend it.

Product is fine - 5 stars. However, we ordered it and the contractor only started work last week. Doesn't seem to work for our application. When I opened the return options I was told the item was non-refundable. Apparently Tamsmart has a 30 day return policy even though the order was fulfilled by Revain. It was not clear when I ordered the product. Very very disappointing - 1 star. So clean, 3 stars.

I bought these for our bathroom. I needed 4 but the price was good so I bought a box of 6. Of the 6 in the box, 2 of the pads had obvious defects (dark spots on the paint, not painted completely white). The other 2 weren't perfect, but not too bad. Out of 6 maybe 2 actually looked decent. I ordered 6 in a box to fit a regular 4" BR20 instead of a 4" -> GU16 (smaller head with glass lens and a much larger deflector area). I've encountered two problems: if there is very little cable slack in the glass in the jack, raising the baffle far enough to engage the jack while still leaving room to manipulate the jack so Make sure the clamps are aligned and apply enough force to fully seat the clamp .
