They throw so much light down (where needed) that I can stop adding more lights. Very easy to install and well made, they look good and work better than I expected. I would have bought more but six per pack was enough for my needs. I recommend them if you're looking to spruce up old or unattractive fixtures, or just want to bring more light into living spaces from a can.

Read before you buy! This is a good product, all metal, good price. But the decorative rings don't match the pitchers in the ceiling! Decorative rings are too big! Not much, but they have a large metal rim that doesn't fit in a jar!
