Efficient Organization: Pack Container Appetizer Compartment Organizer Review

BUY THEM! I just got it today and I'm very excited. I'm tired of lunch sandwiches and I like to buy Starbucks protein boxes, but they get expensive very quickly. I didn't just want the 3 compartment type which is pretty standard for shared utensils so I bought these and they are HUGE! I feel so good that I can bring lots of healthy options to enjoy at work AND use for parties. That's great!

We used it on our last trip. One had veg and the other had cheese, meat and a bag of nuts/dried fruit). Fits a standard camping fridge (with wheels and handle) and our smaller day trip soft fridge. Ideal for snack trays. However, I was dying to use it as a cooking plate - IE: chop onions, peppers, olives, etc. in a day, then use the plate to hold cooked food for a week for pancakes, omelettes, tacos, salads, etc. As it turns out, the concept of prep is a bit misguided in that some things spoil before others, and cleaning individual compartments takes a lot of effort.
