Simply Unacceptable

I ordered twice hoping the second order would fix the first. Both times I only received tops. Tried to give benefit of doubt, but I was WRONG!

Pros
  • These sample bottles are made of high-quality clear glass, ensuring that you can easily see and identify the contents inside
Cons
  • The small size of the bottles may make them difficult to use for people who have poor hand-eye coordination or mobility issues

bottles were fine, but came with NO CAPS as shown. So they are useless!

If these bottles came with caps as shown and described, they would be good. But, to send them to me without caps is a waste of my time, my money, packaging, delivery, everything. They have offered my money back but with no help at all in getting what I really need.
