My husband became very ill and was in the hospital for 12 days. He was very bloated for a number of reasons and his pajamas didn't fit him. When we found out he was in rehab and needed pajamas, I rushed home and ordered them. They were delivered in less than two days and we love them. Elastic waistband as well as drawstring, which makes them more adjustable. I like the fabric too.

I bought these pajama bottoms because the product description said '100% natural breathable cotton'. The product label says "60% cotton/40% polyester". I was happy enough with them initially. I haven't worn my pajamas for years because they were all wrinkled, but recently I got a dog that I don't think I can tear apart to go out one night. While the pants fit mostly as expected, there is little to no quality control on these items. Two pants came undone at the seams after a short use. Upon examining the tear site, it turned out that one side of the fabric didn't even reach the seam. It looks like the fabric wasn't cut properly at one end, so it just bends and eventually doesn't reach the seam. We had to stretch the fabric to sew it back on and a bunch formed right there as the fabric was stretched. Luckily it was in the crotch…
