I'll let you know as soon as I can use it. The label says not to use it until the heads are dirty and you get good pictures. So I have to wait.

I was trying to revive an old mini DV recorder. It did not work. But it was worth it. I hold no grudges and do not blame the product. Gods speed mini dv recorded, you did well for a long time. TEAR.

I read the reviews before buying this product. I put the cassette in for 5 seconds and now my cassette door won't close so now I have no way of watching or recording videos on my computer without buying something else!

Used this on an old Sony FX-1 mini DV camera and worked like a charm. There were problems with one of the heads scanning correctly and only the image was displayed during playback. I was hoping it was just a dirty head and bought this to clear it up. got the job done in one go. Highly recommend if you just need a good head cleaner.

One use of this product destroyed the playhead of my Canon Optura 30 Mini DV camcorder. The image on the left shows a video imported before using the head cleaner. The image on the right shows the 3 artifact strips that now appear in every imported video. These cleaners may be outdated, but I strongly advise against using them.

I'm glad someone still makes and sells them! Saved me a lot of headaches as I'm in the process of getting all my DV tapes into one file. I've made almost 50 and have had to use this multiple times! Highly recommended.

My Canon xl1s was having some issues and needed fixing until I found this DVD head cleaning tape. it works as intended. Cassette deck and let it play for 10 seconds, hit stop and put my original mini DV cassette back in, problem solved. Warning DO NOT run for more than 10 seconds or damage the heads. Overall I am very satisfied, I will buy again
