Good camcorder in camcorders

I've had limited use of this camcorder but it seems to do just about everything I could want it to do. When viewed on a 32-inch LCD TV, the images correspond to two other camcorders I've used: a Sony analog cassette camera and a Canon DV mini cassette camera. I expected better results than other reviews. Very worthwhile purchase. Lou

Panasonic SDR-S50A - Video

This camera was bought after an overhaul and I have to say that the seller sent it in perfect condition and it has been working perfectly since I received it and used it with my younger son . I've had many hours of enjoyment with it and the quality is pretty good considering the options this device has. The bottom line is that the camera takes good videos and photos and is suitable for everyday use. If you are looking for a fast family camera, use this camera. A newer model of this camera (SDRโ€ฆ

Good camera for the price

I bought this camera from Amazon a year ago for $150. It comes with a battery, charger and VideoCam Suite 3 software. The software allows you to copy to computer, disc or upload to YouTube. You need to buy an SD card for this camera. It stores individual photos and/or videos. It takes time to learn the computerized menu on the 2 inch screen. The toggle keys are small and take some getting used to. Outdoor photos/videos are very good. to the right. The built-in microphone picks up sounds fromโ€ฆ

Works great until it stops

Tried three SDR series cameras. They're pretty good for the money, but you definitely get what you pay for. The first camera was the SDR-S26, which had very short battery life, slow start-up time, and a screen that only worked in certain positions after a while (this is fairly typical of digital camcorders, but Panasonic makes repairs exceptionally difficult). on his own). The next one I bought was the SDR-S50, which had much better battery life, zoom and startup time, but the camera failedโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No performance
