Aggravating! Each time you remove the caps, both ends pop out of the handle.

This is the most annoying brow pencil ever. Both ends pop out of the handle when you remove the cap, so you have to stop and put it back into the handle every time you use it. If it were glued firmly to the handle it would make a good brow pencil, but it's too much of a hassle to glue the ends in every time you use it.

VERY EXPENSIVE for the amount you get.

First of all I like the eyebrow pencil because it works. The hardness of the pencil is just right and the thin tip allows perfect control over the precise definition of the eyebrows. However, the amount of product you get for the price is just ridiculous. After extensively testing the pen retract feature, I was shocked to see that you get less than an extra-thin (1/16 inch) pen. I thought the other brand was bad at offering about two inches of actual product, but that's worse as the diameter…

Pencil fragments falling apart show how little product you will receive - Packaging was opened on last delivery

I used to be happy with this product. It laid down easily and was a good color for me. The brunette was a nice dark brown and didn't blush against my skin. The dark brunette was too dark and looked tough on me (for reference, I'm a middle-aged Asian with a medium tone). However, parts of the last two I received fall apart when you remove the caps. It happened to a pencil and I just assumed it was an accident. This has now happened to another pencil so looks like a trend. I tried sticking on and

Dark brunette is good!

I LOVE this L'oreal brow pencil! I have thick brows but I like to fill in sparse blemishes to give me a more refined look. I've already tried the Anastasia Dipbrow Pencil, but it's much easier to work with. I have brown hair and dark eyebrows. I used both brunette and dark brunette. Both worked well, but I definitely prefer Dark Brunette for my cool skin and brows. The pencil itself runs smoothly and I've never had a problem with the tip breaking off.
