🔌 6ft 3.5mm Stereo Male to Male Cable by Parts Express Review

The audio from my iPhone to the aux port in my car was terrible. I had to keep tugging on the cable to get it to work. I bought one from Fry for $7 and it works great. It's too cheap to bother with returns so I threw mine in the trash.

I ordered 3 of these cables to connect various portable music sources to a computer. The first cable began to snap and break after 5-6 failures. The second cable did the same after about 10 disconnects. I don't expect the third one to last much longer so I just threw them all in the trash. Don't even try to get your money back. They appear to be as effective as monkey dung for their intended purpose.

I bought this product about 2.5 years ago and use it almost every day to connect my iPod to the car AUX port. Until recently it held up fairly well and worked exactly as advertised. About a month ago it started fraying and today the cable stopped working at all. Cable came quickly and worked well. However, it is only 4 feet long, not six as advertised. I contacted the seller and he responded within a reasonable time that the supplier sent the wrong parts. I was offered a 20% discount (I think I could bet on a 33% discount but didn't want to haggle over the 30 cent difference).
