🔌 High-Performance 4-Conductor Cable Pants by Parts Express Review

Strictly speaking they are not needed to make solid speaker cable but they do give a certain finished look. That impresses clients and customers.

I bought these speakers to tidy up the ends when bi-wiring some floorstanding speakers. Didn't realize the heavy 4-wire 12ga cable would pull the connectors on the back of the speaker. I'm glad I used them. The natural kink resistance keeps the wires looking neat and prevents them from kinking or tangling over time.

Used these cable pants with a Canare 4S11 cable to make 2 conductor speaker cables. The pants fit perfectly (and I mean there is NO space between the cable and the pants), I also used 3/8" Techflex and color coded heat shrink tubing to finish them off, I think they turned out fine. Parts Express banana plugs were also used.
