Favorite bag! Slightly tight opening but I think it will come loose after use. The downside is that the grip doesn't feel secure and the wheel popped out after 1 month of use. Also heavier than I thought so think about how often you have to wear it. Luckily I got insurance but now I have to come up with an alternative while the problem is fixed or fixed.

I love the bag! Good size and seems to fit everything I need when working with clients. Unfortunately the bottom of the trolley holder was torn when I removed the item from the box (the box was in excellent condition on delivery; this did not happen during transit) and the front cover key is missing. Excellent bag! It's been 7 years and still looks like new. I use it when traveling, about every 2 months. I ALWAYS get positive (unsolicited) comments about it and strangers have stopped me many times at the airport and asked where I got it and said they really like it. This is a great all round bag - I've worn it wheeled, over the shoulder, wheeled and both work well.
