Bought as a graduation gift for an RN - Registered Nurse. I read the reviews and it seemed like a practical gift to her. It was very cute and she can get more lapels with different patterns and colors.

I was looking for a watch that wasn't a wristwatch because I have chemoneuropathy that makes it difficult for me to wear a wristwatch at times. I am very happy that I found this watch. I can pin it to my shirt and turn the dial to read it. It cleans easily. And I was happy to see that it came with an extra battery. This watch fits me perfectly.

Watch slides out of silicone case for battery replacement/adjustment/cleaning. You can wear it as a brooch with a pin, or slip a bunch of keys through one of the small loops on your shirt or pants. I also like that bacteria doesn't stick to my wrist and attach themselves to many broken crystal watches (My Minnie Mouse Nurse Watch; ( ) because they get stuck
