I have very sensitive reactive skin prone to dry cheeks. I use this and it has taken the redness off my cheeks, now I rarely need to apply makeup other than a quick powder brush. I use this with Rebalance and then apply Silk Balm directly to my cheeks to counteract the dryness in my cheeks. PCA was the best thing that has happened to my skin in a decade.

I can't believe I didn't check the item upon receipt. I finally finished my previous bottle and opened the 'new' packaging to find it was completely empty/used.
