This is a great product, the only issue I had was that it came with an ink cartridge pre-installed so I figured I could get quite a few labels out of it . I used less than half a roll of labels and I ran out of ink. So my suggestion 1 is that the company just put the ink cartridge inside wrapped in plastic or if you buy the product make sure you get extra ink rolls as it won't last long. I think it installs for a while and dries up.

After too many problems with lost markers and illegible handwriting, my family decided to purchase this labeling gun to apply date labels on products. The gun jams at times, but working with similar devices paid off 30 years ago by being able to clear jams and get it working again. I've noticed that the more we use it, the less sticky it gets. The stickers work well, the print is well defined and easy to read. As always if anything changes I will come back and update this review.

I bought this set of labels hoping I could easily rate items in my store. I quickly noticed that it was difficult to operate and that the labeling machine jammed very often. I've tried to decide when in doubt, hoping it was just my inexperience with the machine, but after a month of persistent use, it persists. Sometimes I have to try to make a label more than 10 times before it comes out properly aligned and uncrumpled. Most of the time I have to manually pull out each label with my fingers…
