Mini Permatex Sealant Gun "The Right Stuff "

Works very well. made like a real tool makes life a little easier, and using a gasket maker is a lot more precise and time consuming. And buying material in large tubes is much cheaper.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Not for professional use

I liked the half size design for the smaller hose but it is made from thin steel and lasted less than a year before the ratchet drive mechanism broke. Of course I use it almost daily in a pro shop, it's probably ok for light/home use.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Older model

Broke on first use!

The ratchet broke on first use. The rivets used to connect them are not strong enough or not installed correctly. The first push on the handle and the rivets holding the ratchet popped out, bending the body and the part that connects to the handle. I might have gotten a bad one, but I would never buy it if I were you.

  • Nice
