Perry Ellis Portfolio Reversible Gunmetal Review

I was excited about this belt because of the famous brand. I thought it was a quality belt but I was wrong. On the third day of wearing, the metal ball that sits at the end of the clasp on the back of the buckle came loose (see third photo). I continued to use it because the pin was still attached and could still fit in the belt holes. After about 4 weeks, the buckle is removed from the belt itself. I am disappointed with how cheaply this product was made.

My sister wanted a brown belt and I chose this for her. she loved it. She measured her favorite belt and gave me a size 35 but it was a consistent size so I chose 36. She is very slim but now the belts are worn low so this one was perfect. . It's chic but casual and looks expensive. Real skin is crucial. Now I would like one. ;-)

This belt is exactly what I was looking for. Brown is perfect with navy or charcoal pants, and the gunmetal buckle looks classy. Seems to be of good quality and should last a while as it shouldn't bend or warp like other straps with traditional buckles. It just slips through. The only thing I see that breaks over time is a needle pushing into a hole in the skin, which can loosen the skin over time and cause that size to stop working. Although the price doesn't bite!

I like the overall idea of this belt. Reversible color with beautiful square nickel satin buckle. However it is very stiff on arrival and the leather feels cheap. This results in the strap sitting oddly and the buckle not sitting straight once closed. This can subside when the skin loosens up again. The jury is out. It would be hard for me to recommend someone to buy at this price and solve these problems. For your health

DO NOT BUY! The ball on the gear that fits into the belt came loose in less than a month. After that, the belt can no longer be worn! I wanted to return it, but the return period was only 30 days. Very dissatisfied with this belt! I still want my money back.
