Not too flashy effect?

I bought this because I like the softer feel to it as it is marketed for children and I loved the mascara and lip gloss I got from this one brand. I was in dire need of brow gel. However, this one doesn't seem to do much. Usually, when you apply brow gel, it is similar to hair gel in that it hardens the hairs and keeps them in place. It was like applying water. I've tried so many eyebrow mascaras and couldn't find any. I kind of wanted something affordable, and I'm happy I got it for free through the Vine program. I really wasn't expecting much. But this eyebrow mascara really keeps your brows in place all day long. This is a wet formula but it dries fairly quickly. There is an honest review here. I found this to be a great lightweight mascara for my daughter. it is transparent and made of more natural ingredients. I also use it to smooth out my brown undertones, which I love too. Not crunchy, not sticky and definitely works.
