Lasted three months

I started writing installation dates on my lightbulbs because I suspect they won't last as long as the ones they replace. Of course, today, November 8th, 2016, my lightbulb burned out. Installation date 2016-08-03. This particular bulb was stamped in Poland; I don't know if that's relevant or not.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Product specifications are incorrect.

As you can see from the attached photo these are not 960 lumens at 2800K. The bulbs they supply are actually 880 lumens at 2750K. Not worth going back as I may only a higher setting uses dimmers to the same brightness I'm used to. If you have a more important application, this can make a difference.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

Great bulb but one is broken

I have seven of these on my kitchen ceiling that I installed years ago and they are starting to burn out. I bought two packs thinking I'd need them for the next few months. They are exactly what I need, but one of them is cracked in several places and the threaded metal part is bent. I am ordering them again, assuming it was just a bad day for packaging/delivery. If it weren't for the broken/bent lightbulb I would have given five stars. Just so you know, the lenses are "point on point," not as…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Check out the package! for halogen lamps

I just opened the box with the lightbulb and took out one of the wrappers and it broke. The leg is dented and doesn't fit and the glass is cracked. I never tested it when it arrived to make sure the product is ok. What a waste of money. Check your products when they arrive, not in the future when you need them. darn it! Is there still a refund? The man said it appeared to have been damaged in transit. He just opened the other one in the box and it's damaged too. To return? I've bought them…

Pros
  • Absolutely brilliant!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
