It's amazing how bad this product is after spending hours picking it up and uploading it to the app and it still doesn't seem to get any better. I used MS Word dictation and it worked much better for me.

1. The information on the website is very poor2. They don't tell you you can't even install it until you ONLY buy a Phillips.3 recorder. No installation instructions 4. There are no Phillips instructions on how to use them on their website and only two decent but inadequate ones on Youtube.
