    I had an old model for several years that worked fine until one day the 'shield' of the cutting parts broke. Using it without a shield wasn't that convenient, so I ordered this new model which has a "permanent" shield and the cutting part is also washable (the old one wasn't prayed to).     Worked great for about 2 months, then worked intermittently for about 2 months. Completely stopped working after 4 months. Doesn't even turn on. The one I used before worked for about 20 years and still works, not as good as this one but at least it still works. Spend €1 more and get another brand.
