I bought this item and used it 3 times. It didn't work on the fourth try. Checked the new battery which was ok. I put another new battery in, still doesn't work. I had to listen to about 25% of the reviews that had the same problem as me. i give it back

so it doesn't have that silly taper that most of these trimmers have. The straight trimmer makes it very effective for trimming nose hair. I've also used it to trim my entire face as a last resort to get the look of day stubble. Highly recommended.

A big improvement over my old trimmer which had two trimmer heads, round and flat, both at least 1/4 inch wide. It is very difficult to reach all of the skin surfaces in my ear where the hair has grown. The longer, narrower, curved head of this trimmer does a much better job on the ears and nose. The small brow comb also works great and can be used as a mustache groomer. I haven't had it long enough to judge battery life, but it trims so well that I don't have to leave it on nearly as long as…
