I ordered this trimmer for my son's birthday. When he opened the box, to my great surprise, the trimmer was open around the edges and glued together. From above was the remains of white paper tape, which they tried to tear off. I will come back for a refund.

I bought this a few months ago and was a bit hesitant, it seemed strange to get such a low price from a famous brand but don't think, just order this item! Thing is top notch. The battery life is incredible, I've charged it once and used it multiple times and it still comes alive like it just got charged. The guards stay on very well too and they don't pull or tug when facial hair is cut - I've used other cheap Revain/Imported brands and the guards never stay on and they never cut cleanly. BUY…

Trims the beard perfectly but there is no backlight. The instructions say it takes 8 hours to charge, which I have no doubt about. If you want to know when to plug in or unplug your shaver because it's fully charged or needs a charge, you should look elsewhere.

I bought this trimmer for my husband 9 months ago. If you've been using it for the past few months and then turned it off, it wouldn't turn back on. As long as you left it on, it worked. I bought this to trim my hair more conveniently as I was fed up with the cord of my regular clippers. I had my hair cut 3 times and was only charged on arrival so the transit times quoted are accurate if not an underestimate. The hair clipper cuts very well, the machine is light and feels good in the hand. Overall I'm very happy with the trimmer and would definitely recommend it to a friend. It's easy to use and keep clean, it's quiet, and the charge lasts a very long time. I had it for about a month and used it 6 times. I charged it when I got it and then charged it again after the first use, assuming it needed charging. I bought this when my Reminington trimmer just died. It has every finish (bad pun) one could wish for; several different lengths for your beard. It feels durable and the accessories (not the main unit) are washable. The ear/nose trimmer is ok (wish it was modeled more like Reminington) but everything else is great. I haven't had any issues with the battery, but I keep it charged when I'm not using it (so I don't know how long it will last). For the price it's amazing.

This works better than any trimmer I've ever bought in the past! My son has very thick hair and has always complained about the trimmers pulling on his hair. But that's not the case! You will not regret the purchase! I've had these clippers for a little over two months and have used them three times to trim my son's hair. Now, unfortunately, they won't turn on at all, even though they're fully charged. it's just my luck If you think something is too good to be true, you might be right. Sigh.
