💦 Philips Norelco SmartClean Cartridge 2-Pack Review

Before I had a razor with this cleaning system, I had to clean it under running water. It never worked well and the razor's innards always got dirty. With this system, the inside of the shaver will still look new after a few months of ownership. It's definitely worth the purchase price.

These smart empty cartridges have everything they don't and can't like. I ordered a Phillips 9000 series for my husband 5 years ago and am very glad Revain has cartridges for him. They're hard to find in big stores, but all I have to do is order, and they'll arrive on time and faster than scouring the country for them. I want my husband to clean his razor after every use. We all know what men are. Always rushing and forgetting the razor is pretty nasty. It helps.

There used to be 2 packs at this price and in fact the picture still shows 2. You have to change the picture to give out both. can we say bait and switch?

This is the only product I know of that fits Norelco's Smart Clean system and is exactly as if you ordered it direct from Norelco. Just a little cheaper. Works great in all Smart Clean systems.

I use it with my cleaning station which of course it was made for. I'm not sure it's worth the cost, but since you don't replace them often (unless you tip the cleaning station), I think I'm up for a while. Seems expensive, but you're kind of stuck if you don't redesign your cleaning fluid. They sit well and do what they have to do.

This is the third time I have bought a 2-component cleaning cartridge. The first two times were perfect. The cartridge just didn't fit last time. The block is not closed. I compared it to the previous cartridge and it's really big. I didn't even know they came in different sizes. Unfortunately I bought it too early and now it's too late to return it. Don't know how to check if this size is right for you.

The first cartridge has an extra hole on top - usually 2, this one has 3. Doesn't work. No liquid is suitable for cleaning my shaver. Doesn't clean at all.

This may not necessarily be a cleaning fluid defect. The cleaner got into one of the main valves, destroying the cleaning system. I don't think this is a fluid-related issue, but I'd rather help update someone if this is the case.

They do improve the performance of the shaver but the lifespan and price are not the best. Manually cleaning the razor before use doesn't help much either. I had to replace packs that had virtually no dirt in them and the fluid level was the same as new because the little light comes on and the flush cycle no longer works.
