Good. Is it "60% brighter"? I do not know. May be? Of course. But. is it lighter Heck, it's definitely brighter, no doubt about it! I'm definitely getting a lot more light with these babies! TIP: Make sure the reflector housing is sparkling clean, otherwise the world's brightest lightbulb won't matter.

I bought these high power bulbs to replace standard bulbs. The light is certainly brighter and the distance I can see is longer, but the bulbs didn't last as long as the originals. I was sure I wouldn't touch the bulbs when installing them so I know it wasn't operator error. I have decided to replace them with newer LED bulbs and they are bright. I liked the color and range of these bulbs but the lifespan just doesn't add up.

Just like the Phillips Racing Visions I use in my headlights, this is a great quality halogen option. Very nice white color with a slight yellow tinge. Fog lights and their actual light output tend to be faded because they don't really do much to begin with, but these CrystalVisions are a bit brighter than the base CarQuest bulbs they replace.
