I recently purchased this replacement earpiece for my Motorola two-way radio and it has exceeded my expectations. According to my experience, the earpiece is comfortable to wear and the audio quality is crystal clear. The cord is also the perfect length, not too long or too short. The only con is that it's not compatible with all Motorola radios, so you'll want to make sure it works with yours before purchasing.

Easily installed this speaker in my Moto G7 Power. Unfortunately, it's definitely not as loud or as good in sound quality as the damaged original.

When my speaker stopped working I found the phone was pretty much useless without headphones. For a great price on this little speaker (and a YouTube tutorial) I was able to replace the speaker and it was up and running in about 30 minutes. Make sure it fits your device and you're good to go if you've got the right little tools (and a magnifying visor wouldn't hurt either).
