Hot buy Dining and Serving Utensils

Cast iron is very hot, very durable, but cast iron teacups aren't the best idea. The cups get incredibly hot and you can't take a sip.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall
Cons
  • Doubt

Pours beautifully and perfectly

The set is so beautiful and comfortable to use. I like the cup size; small and cute. The pouring is perfect, never spills or runs down the pot like many I've tried in the past. Excellent purchase.

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Japanese cast iron teapot set

Nice set but not Japanese made in China. False advertising. I keep it anyway. It tends to boil away when you fill it all the way, so don't and keep an eye on the low flame until it boils, keeping an overflow pan underneath just in case you can easily clean it up. Cleaning is just a quick wash, but the opening is small, so consider getting a bottle brush to make it easier if you have big hands. Dry it immediately to avoid rusting even if the inside is coated. I wish he had a serving tray.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
