They are really easy to use but I have no way of verifying accuracy. I wore a size 5 and felt it was correct for the item, but when I received my actual ring, a size 5, it was at least half a size too big, so I don't know how that happened - maybe. I bought 4 packs and 2 of them gave different results. One read a finger at 7.5 and the other read the same finger at 8. Either way, they're pretty easy to read and good for getting an overview. They're made like zip ties, except they don't stay in place permanently, they just rest on a notch just big enough for you to put on and take off on your finger.
