I received this item as a Christmas present for my sister, she just moved into her first apartment and has been eyeing this collection for a while. I'm sad it arrived with a broken butterfly handle. That's the only thing, except the packaging, to be honest, all the little things. The rest of the product looks very beautiful and truly amazing!

Very nice product. We use oil every day and it saves lives. There's only one complaint, so I'm deducting one star, which is the handle. Easy to lift at just one angle. I've had others that didn't require thinking about how to hold it, but this one is a little different. But couldn't find any good ones elsewhere so overall happy with the product.

I love this oiler. It works well but the design is by far my favorite part. Looks old fashioned. The butterfly grip seemed a little uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it. We were able to put them in the dishwasher with no problems. I love it so much I'm buying a second one because I broke mine. The chip was my fault, I dropped my glass measuring cup, it had nothing to do with the product.
