Applying powder to the armpits takes some time to get used to. haha, it helps stop sweating as the pack says and has a subtle lavender scent. Love the fact that I don't sweat in my shirts anymore but you may need to reapply it throughout the day and once your armpits get used to the product once a day usually helps. Love this stuff. I have a version for boys and girls (I'm a man) and I prefer the softer version for girls. Not a "floral" scent in my opinion, "girly" scent. I was surprised at how well this deodorant handles odors. I've tried many natural deodorants (Jason, Tom's, and others) and they tend to leave me smelly at the end of the day.
